The Information Technology Team at EastWest Bank is responsible for overseeing and managing all technological aspects to ensure seamless banking operations. This includes maintaining and supporting core and non-core banking systems, ensuring robust IT security, developing mobile and web applications, and driving the bank's productivity through innovative technological solutions. The team collaborates closely to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency across more than 400 branches nationwide.
