Vishal Valecha

Vishal Valecha currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Easy Home Finance Limited since January 2025, focusing on innovative and inclusive solutions in affordable housing finance for underserved communities. Prior to this role, Vishal was the Head of Risk and Policy at Kotak Mahindra Bank, overseeing policy and strategy for secured business. With extensive experience at Bajaj Housing Finance Limited, Vishal held multiple leadership positions, including Business Head for Rural Mortgage and Affordable Home Loans, where responsibilities included P&L ownership and driving business growth. Earlier experience includes serving as Sr. Manager in the mortgage sector at ICICI Bank. Vishal holds a GMPE in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, a Post Graduation in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Pune.
