Dean Dorcas

Dean graduated #1 in Economics and in the top 1% of his class from the U.S. Naval Academy. After spending five years as a Supply Corp Officer in the Navy, Dean founded IMS with a former classmate, Dan Keto. Under their leadership IMS was awarded as one of Washington State’s fastest growing companies in 2007. Dean is recognized as a leading expert in designing effective business intelligence applications for labor intensive operations. In 2002 he graduated from the Owner/President Management Program (OPM) at the Harvard Business School. In addition to his professional and academic successes, Dean was also a National Motorcycle Champion and a nationally ranked rower.
