Jacqueline Dooley

Jacqueline Dooley, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Easy Way Products, where responsibilities include leading strategic human capital initiatives for a 1,500-employee global consumer products manufacturer. Previously, Jacqueline transitioned the HR department at Easy Way Products from a traditional labor relations focus to a comprehensive function centered on talent acquisition, development, and competitive compensation. Prior to this, Jacqueline worked at Hillenbrand Inc. as a Benefits Specialist and Human Resources Generalist, managing employee benefits and compliance. Additional experience includes roles in client relations and logistics account management, supported by a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Miami University.
