Shweta Dhar

Shweta Dhar has held a number of positions in various industries since 2001. Shweta began their career as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at ICTT in 2001. In 2003, they took on the role of Sales Manager at Telesoft India Pvt. Ltd. In 2004, they worked as an Officer at ICICI Bank, and in 2007, they were Manager of Sales Support - Prepaid at Bpl Mobile Communications Ltd. From 2008 to 2015, they worked at Nextgen Solutions Ltd. as Communications Manager, where they were responsible for developing corporate communication and marketing policies, brand management, media relations, and training employees on soft skills. Since 2015, they have been self-employed, working as a Corporate Trainer or Facilitator, Freelance Corporate Trainer, and Customer Solutions Manager. In their current role, they are responsible for handling customer solutions in 11 cities and more than 60 clients for their after sales services.

Shweta Dhar completed their 10th grade from St.Peter's High School in 1997. Shweta then went on to pursue their MBA in Marketing from Manipal Academy of Higher Education. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from British Council, Allison University, NIIT Limited, and NIIPCID.
