Fabian M.

Fabian M. has worked in a variety of roles since 2002. Fabian began as an Assistant General Manager at Planet Hollywood, then moved to General Manager of Restaurant at Hard Rock Hotel in 2005. In 2008, they became General Manager at A Juled Inc, and then in 2009, they became General Manager of Hotel at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. In 2012, they were promoted to General Manager of Restaurants at The Don CeSar, and in 2013, they were Director of Food and Beverage at COUNTRYSIDE - COUNTRY CLUB (CLUB CORP). From 2015 to 2017, they were District Manager at Canteen, NA, and then Country Manager at Nosfer(d)atu(m) from 2019 to 2022. Most recently, they have been Sales Manager Americas at Easygenerator since 2022.

Fabian M. received their Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas in Business Administration and Management, General from FT. LAUDERDALE METROPOLITAN UNIVERSITY between 1998 and 2002. Fabian then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Gestion y Direccion de Empresas from the same university between 2005 and 2007.
