Gary Flanagan

Gary Flanagan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and operations leadership. Currently serving as CPMS Lead/Account Manager at EasyGo.ie since July 2019, Gary previously held the role of Operations Team Manager at Convergys from September 2010 to July 2019, where responsibilities included managing technical support for Microsoft Surface and Xbox as well as Nike Consumer Support in the UK, Ireland, and France. Gary’s expertise encompasses call coaching, performance management, quality assurance, recruitment, and process improvement. With a background in electrical apprenticeships from Dundalk Institute of Technology and Technological University Dublin, Gary combines technical knowledge with strong leadership skills to drive team success.
