Shawn Stanton, SHRM-CP, MSOD, obtained a Master of Organizational Development - Strategic Human Resources degree from Avila University in 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Avila University in 2018, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services. Additionally, Shawn holds the certification of SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM, which they obtained in January 2023, and they previously obtained the SHRM-CP certification in January 2018.
