Shawn Stanton, SHRM-CP, MSOD has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Shawn is currently working as a Certified Career Coach at CareerDash, where they provide personalized coaching and conducts workshops on job search strategies and resume writing.

In addition to their coaching role, Shawn is an Adjunct Professor of Human Resources & Business at Avila University, where they develop lesson plans to guide student instruction in HR and Business.

Previously, Shawn worked as the Head of Talent & Culture at EasyHealth, where they played a key role in revolutionizing the health experience through technology and connecting members with preventative care.

Prior to that, Shawn served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at SelectQuote Insurance Services, where they helped families find the right insurance coverage and saved them time and money.

Shawn also had experience as an Admissions Recruiter at Grantham University, where they helped adult learners fit education into their lives through accredited online degree programs.

Before transitioning into the education and healthcare sectors, Shawn worked at Cellular Sales as a Sales Mentor/Store Captain/Events Team member, where they excelled in providing wireless telecommunications solutions and received awards for their outstanding performance.

Shawn Stanton, SHRM-CP, MSOD, obtained a Master of Organizational Development - Strategic Human Resources degree from Avila University in 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Avila University in 2018, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services. Additionally, Shawn holds the certification of SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM, which they obtained in January 2023, and they previously obtained the SHRM-CP certification in January 2018.
