Amy Jimenez

Amy Jimenez serves as the Head of Culture & Talent at Hillpointe since April 2024. Previously, Amy held the position of VP of Human Resources at Simply Self Storage, where Amy played a pivotal role in the $2.2 billion transition to Public Storage in September 2023. With extensive experience in human resources, Amy has also held positions as Vice President of Human Resources at ILLUMUS, Director of Human Resources at Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Americas, Inc., and HR Generalist roles at various organizations including Bombardier Transportation and Central Florida Press. Amy's educational background includes an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a BBA in Management from Northwood University.
