James Brooks has been working in the IT field since 2005. James began their career as a Help Desk Technician at the Ohio Department of Public Safety. In 2007, they moved to PCM Enterprise (SARCOM) as a Service Desk Team Lead. In 2010, they became the Service Desk Manager at My Service Depot. In 2012, they were hired as a Senior Support Specialist at Apple. In 2014, they were promoted to Lead Technician at Mount Carmel Health System. In 2015, they were promoted again to Installation Specialist at the same company. In 2018, they moved to Lower Lights Christian Health Center as an IT Manager. In 2019, they joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an IT Project Manager. In 2021, they began working as a Project Manager at EasyIT: Managed IT Services.

James Brooks attended Lake Michigan College from 1999 to present, studying Information Technology.
