Mark Farquhar

Mark Farquhar is an experienced aviation professional with a robust background in training and operational standards. Currently serving as Chief Training Captain at easyJet since July 2010, Mark oversees the training of over 15,000 Flight and Cabin Crew and supports more than 750 instructors across multiple AOCs. Previous roles include Training Manager for Operational Standards at easyJet and Flight Operations Training Controller at Bristow Group Inc., where Mark implemented competency-based training to enhance flight planners' decision-making. With extensive airline flight operations experience and a Master's degree in Management Studies from the University of Aberdeen, Mark has also worked in public relations and media roles, demonstrating a diverse skill set applicable to various sectors.
