Nick Charnley

Nick Charnley has extensive experience in the aviation sector, currently serving as the European Works Council Chairman at EasyJet since June 2001. Prior to this role, Nick Charnley spent a decade with the Royal Air Force from May 1991 to May 2001, where responsibilities included serving as SO2 Mission Systems, focusing on the integration and trials of guided air-to-ground weapons and related technologies across multiple aircraft types. Additional roles within the RAF included serving as a Tornado GR1 Pilot with 617 Squadron, qualified weapons instructor, tactics instructor, and instrument rating examiner. Nick Charnley holds a degree in Physics from the University of Warwick, obtained between 1980 and 1983.
