Paul Mercer

Paul Mercer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer data management and operations within the events and CRM sectors. Currently serving as Product Owner for Customer Data at easyJet since May 2022, Paul previously held the position of CRM Performance Manager. In parallel, Paul is the Director of Operations for Luton Live/s Promotions and Castlefest Luton, overseeing the planning and execution of music festivals while managing financials and team dynamics. A former Lead CRM Analyst at Computacenter, Paul played a pivotal role in implementing CRM solutions across multiple countries and supporting Salesforce CRM integration. Earlier roles include Service Management Software Analyst and Developer at BGC Partners and Reporting Analyst at Computacenter, where Paul demonstrated analytical and reporting expertise. Paul completed education at Manshead Upper School from 1997 to 2000.
