Brenda Gómez Tencio

Brenda Gómez Tencio has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience design. Brenda is currently working as a Senior User Experience Designer at EasyKnock since October 2021.

Prior to their current position, Brenda held various roles at Hangar Worldwide from 2018 to 2021. Brenda started as a User Experience Architect in February 2018 and was promoted to Senior User Experience Designer in September 2020. Later on, they became the User Experience Lead in February 2021.

Before joining Hangar Worldwide, Brenda worked as a UI Designer at Konrad Group from April 2017 to February 2018. Brenda also gained experience as a Designer at Vertiv Co from October 2016 to April 2017.

Brenda's career started at Tecnológico de Costa Rica in 2014. Brenda worked as a UX Designer from February 2014 to September 2015 and as a Design Assistant from July 2014 to November 2014.

Brenda Gómez Tencio began their education journey in 2005 at Liceo Experimental Bilingüe José Figueres Ferrer, where they completed their high school education and earned a Bachillerato degree in 2009. In 2010, they enrolled at Tecnológico de Costa Rica, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design Engineering with a focus on visual communication and product design. Brenda completed this program in 2015. In 2015-2016, Brenda participated in an Erasmus program at Hochschule für Gestaltung in Schwäbisch Gmünd, specializing in Interaction Design. Brenda briefly attended Volkshochschule in 2016 for a German Integration Course.
