Kelsey Peoples

Kelsey Peoples is a data analyst at EasyKnock. Kelsey previously worked as a registered dietitian at Hackensack Meridian Health from September 2017 to December 2018. In this role, they were independently responsible for screening patients, conducting comprehensive nutrition-focused assessments, and delivering nutrition-related care for over 67 beds, as well as providing cross-coverage throughout the 900-bed hospital. Kelsey also participated in interdisciplinary care team rounding and collaboration, and trained dietetic interns on the use of electronic medical records, the delivery of medical nutrition therapies, appropriate medical documentation, and overall clinical skills. In addition, they developed and delivered a presentation on the role of nutrition in vascular disease for the HMH 2018 Vascular Symposium. Kelsey was awarded multiple peer- and supervisor-nominated awards for their contributions to the team, including outstanding work as a clinical dietitian, assisting with development and analysis of productivity reports, willingness to voluntarily perform other job functions to assist the department during a crisis, and spearheading a hospital-wide fundraiser benefiting a regional food bank.

Prior to their work at Hackensack Meridian Health, Kelsey was the center coordinator at Mathnasium - The Math Learning Center from July 2015 to September 2017.

Kelsey Peoples has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cornell University, a Master of Business and Science in Analytics from Rutgers University, a Master of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from Montclair State University, and certification from CITI Program in CITI Certification. Kelsey has also completed online courses in digital and graphic design from Parsons School of Design - The New School.
