Aimée Cox

Aimée Cox has a diverse range of work experience in various industries and roles. Aimée is currently working as a People Operations Manager for the NL office of EasyPark Group, where they lead the People and Culture team and oversees major changes within the company. Prior to this, Aimée worked as a People & Culture Lead at a company called 7people, where they provided advice and support to startups and scaleups regarding their People and Culture strategy.

Before their role at 7people, Aimée held multiple positions at Adyen, starting as a Commercial Account Manager for enterprise clients and later transitioning to become a Senior People Business Partner for the technology and product teams. In this role, they worked closely with the CTO and VP's of engineering to scale the department and prioritize talent management, performance management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Aimée also has experience in HR Transformation consulting at Deloitte Nederland and held various roles during their time at Erasmus Recruitment, Erasmus University, and Huisman Equipment B.V. Aimée was also actively involved in student organizations, including serving as the Chairman of the Erasmus Recruitment Days advisory board and holding board positions at AIESEC the Netherlands.

Additionally, Aimée has traveled and studied in Central America to learn Spanish and gain cultural experience. Overall, they have a strong background in HR and People and Culture management, with a focus on supporting organizational growth, talent development, and creating inclusive workplaces.

Aimée Cox completed their education with a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resource Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in International Business Administration from the same institution from 2007 to 2011. Aimée attended St. Vitus College from 2001 to 2007, where they completed their Gymnasium education. Aimée also holds additional certifications, including the SuccessFactors Recruitment Management Module from SuccessFactors obtained in August 2014 and the SuccessFactors - Introduction to Mastery certificate, though the month and year of obtaining this certification are unavailable.
