Ingrid Fernandez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ingrid most recently worked at EasyPark Group in a customer care role starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at COOMEVA for a significant duration, starting in 2011. During their time at COOMEVA, they held various roles including Líder Experiencia y Servicio Al Cliente, Coordinador Retención Clientes, Coordinador Negocio Fidelización Clientes, and Gerente de Zona. In these roles, they demonstrated leadership skills, developed and implemented strategies, and was responsible for operational improvements. Before COOMEVA, Ingrid worked as an Asesora comercial at Bancoomeva from 2011 to 2014 and as an Asesor financiero at Banco AV Villas from 2007 to 2008.

Ingrid Fernandez has a diverse education history. In 2015, they earned a degree in "Cooperativismo y desarrollo" from Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, focusing on the economics of the company. In 2016, they attended Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, where they studied "Gestión de competencias para el desarrollo organizacional" in the field of administration and management. In 2017, they further enhanced their skills by attending the Universidad Autónoma de Occidente, where they completed a course in "Excel básico intermedio y avanzado con énfasis en administración y análisis de datos."

Continuing their academic journey, Ingrid pursued a degree in Marketing from Universidad Libre ®, which they completed from 2017 to 2020. Ingrid then attended CESA in 2019, where they gained expertise in "Desarrollo de habilidades para responder a un entorno cambiante y cada vez más dinámico" in general administration and management. In the same year, they also completed a program called "Desarrollo de líderes" at Universidad ICESI to further develop their leadership skills.

In recent years, Ingrid Fernandez has focused on expanding their knowledge and skills in the field of administration and management. In 2021, they obtained a certification in "Diseño de Experiencias Memorables para el Desarrollo y la Productividad en la Industria 4.0" from CESA. Ingrid also earned an international certification in "Customer Experience Design & Management" from Universidad ICESI.

Ingrid Fernadez's most recent educational pursuits include a specialized program in "Ventas estratégicas" from Bircham International University in 2022 and a degree in "Seguros con énfasis en la circular 050" from POLITECNICO in the same year. Their education journey continued into 2023, when they enrolled in the EAE Business School to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on "Administración y gestión de empresas, general."
