Jannike Karlsen has work experience in customer care and quality roles. Jannike began their career in April 2021 as a Customer Care Agent at EasyPark Group. In May 2022, they were promoted to the role of Customer Care Professional. In September 2022, they became a Quality Lead, responsible for ensuring quality in the customer care department. Currently, Jannike holds the position of Customer Care Team Lead from February 2023 onwards. Prior to working at EasyPark Group, they worked as a Kundebehandler at EnterCard Group AB from November 2020 to April 2021.
Jannike Karlsen attended Hedmark University College (HH) from 2013 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor of Music Business Management degree with a focus on Ledelse.
