Katrin Bjärnebrand

Katrin Bjärnebrand has extensive work experience in the field of data protection, information security, and identity and access management. Katrin currently works at EasyPark Group as the Group Data Protection Officer and previously held the position of Interim Data Protection Officer. Prior to that, they worked at Kommando as the Head of Information Security and Senior Information Security Advisor. Katrin also gained experience at Acando as an Information Security Advisor, where they were responsible for GDPR compliance, information security, and education. Additionally, they worked at Grant Thornton Sweden as a System Analyst, managing internal systems and coordinating technical activities. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Identity and Access Management Consultant at Enfo Zecurity and Pulsen Integration, focusing on various IAM solutions and implementations.

Katrin Bjärnebrand completed a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Mälardalen University between 2006 and 2009. Katrin also obtained a Master of Science degree in Information Systems and Business Administration from the same university, completing their studies in 2010. In 2007-2010, they took additional courses in Computer Science at Mid Sweden University. In 2009, they briefly studied at the University of Prince Edward Island, focusing on Philosophy and English Literature.
