Laura Finlayson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Laura is currently working at EasyPark Group as a People Operations Project Lead, where they manage global initiatives related to internal events, workplace, and engagement. Laura is also responsible for local operations at the company's headquarters in Stockholm. One of their notable achievements includes being the project manager for the ONE Digital Event 2021, which was nominated for Best Internal Digital Event of the Year.
Before joining EasyPark Group, Laura worked at Potentialpark as a Talent Communication Auditor, focusing on employer branding. Laura also gained experience as an Office Manager at Usabilla, where they were responsible for creating a positive employee experience and organizing various company events.

Laura Finlayson obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Events Management from Queen Margaret University, which they attended from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Boroughmuir High School from 2006 to 2012, where they presumably obtained their Highers and Standard Grades.
