Nina-Christina Leppä

Nina-Christina Leppä has a diverse work experience history. Nina-Christina began their career as a Trainee at Hairmail Oy in 2014. Nina-Christina then worked as the Head of the beauty department at Tokmanni from 2013 to 2016, where they focused on product availability, campaign execution, and customer service. Nina-Christina then served as a Visual Merchandiser at LUMENE Oy in 2016, taking care of the Lumene brand in retail stores, executing campaigns, and increasing sales. In 2016, they also worked as a Sales Consultant at Bambora, shaping the customer experience in the payment industry and providing card payment solutions to SMEs in Finland. From 2017 to 2018, Nina-Christina worked as a Sales Representative at Verifone Finland Oy, offering and discussing card payment solutions with new and existing customers. Nina-Christina then joined COSENTINO in 2018 and held multiple roles, including Account Manager and Project Sales Manager. In these positions, they developed and executed sales strategies, grew relationships with accounts, and promoted Cosentino products in the retail sector. Currently, they are working as a Key Account Manager at EasyPark Group, where they manage customer relationships with Finland's largest enterprise clients and provides them with digital payment solutions for corporate parking. Their responsibilities also include contract management and negotiations.

Nina-Christina Leppä completed their education in a chronological sequence. Nina-Christina first attended Unika Hairstyle in 2011-2012, where they obtained a degree in hairstyling. Following this, from 2013 to 2015, they enrolled in Perho Liiketalousopisto - Business College and earned a vocational qualification in business and administration, specializing in business sales and marketing. Finally, from 2017 to 2020, Nina-Christina Leppä pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Tradenomi at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. During their time at Haaga-Helia, they also gained additional certifications through Haaga-Helia PRO in 2017-2018 and 2018-2019.
