Paola Toledo has been working in the IT field since 2013. Paola began their career at Fry's Electronics as a Service Desk Technician, where they serviced and repaired hardware and software of Windows and Mac-based computer systems, as well as assisted with warranty repairs for store-bought computers and devices. In 2017, they moved to Data Doctors Data Recovery as a Computer Support Technician, providing Residential and Business clients with Computer Repair Services, Data Recovery and Backups, Building New Computer Systems, and setting up Networks. In 2018, they joined Connect the Docs as an IT Specialist, offering full IT Infrastructure and Support to clients in healthcare. Currently, they are a Support Engineer at Xantrion, providing Remote Support to over 100 clients and 2000 users worldwide while maintaining a 95% customer satisfaction rate. Paola resolves most issues within the same-day while reducing response times and escalating as needed.

Paola Toledo completed their Associate of Science in Network and System Administration/Administrator from MiraCosta College in 2019. Paola also holds certifications from Hootsuite, Microsoft, and CompTIA, which include the Hootsuite Platform Certification (2021), Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (2020), CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ (2018), and CompTIA A+ ce Certification (2019).
