Rebecka Holberg

Rebecka Holberg has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Rebecka started their career in 2007 at ACO HUD NORDIC AB, where they held roles as a District Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, and Nordic Product Manager. In 2011, they joined Business Productivity as a Marketing Director, focusing on helping professionals work smarter using software. In 2013, Rebecka founded their own consulting firm, Holberg Consulting, where they worked as a Founder & Consultant. In 2014, they briefly worked as a Consultant at Golldreson Consulting AB. Since 2015, Rebecka has been with EasyPark Group, initially serving as the Head of People Operations and currently as the Chief People and Culture Officer. EasyPark Group's mission is to make living in cities easier by taking care of parking.

Rebecka Holberg completed their education at the Stockholm School of Economics from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Master of Sc. in Business and Economics with a major in Marketing & Strategy. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2001, they attended The Viktor Rydberg Schools Foundation, where they studied Natural Sciences. Rebecka also holds several certifications, including being a Certified Advanced EQ Trainer and Certified SEI EQ Assessor from Six Seconds, which were obtained in 2014 and 2013 respectively. Rebecka is also a Certified EQ practitioner from Six Seconds, which they acquired in 2013. Additionally, Rebecka holds a Certificate of Coaching Skills from the NeuroLeadership Institute, which they obtained in 2012, and the program is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
