Sito Veracruz

Sito Veracruz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. In 2012, Sito worked as a Customer Care Executive Agent at Booking.com before moving on to Play the City in 2012-2013, where they conducted research on urban innovation and smart cities. In 2014, Sito became a Guest Lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences of Amsterdam, teaching a course on city discourse and urban interaction design. In 2015, Sito worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Front Office Coordinator, managing business support, customer service, and logistics coordination. Sito also held roles in project management and coordination at Smart Fiets and Smart Buddy, developing innovative solutions for bike systems and city recommendations. From 2018 to 2020, Sito worked at Dyne.org as a Project Manager for an EU funded project focused on decentralized technologies. Sito was involved in founding and managing Fairbnb.coop from 2017 to 2021, a P2P vacation rental platform with a social and commons orientation. Most recently, Sito joined EasyPark Group in 2022 as a Product Manager for B2B partnerships, contributing to the development of cutting-edge parking technology and data-driven management.

Sito Veracruz started their education at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where they pursued a degree in Law from 2003 to 2009. After completing this degree, they enrolled at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and obtained a Master's degree in Territorial and Urban Policies in 2010. Later, in 2013, Sito Veracruz attended the University of Amsterdam for a Research Master's in Urban Studies, completing the first year of the program in 2014.
