Itzik Amiel is an experienced Director of Global Project Management at EasySend since 2022, where responsibilities include managing global enterprise service and professional services projects, leading implementation and delivery teams across Israel, Europe, the U.S., and APAC, and establishing strategies and KPIs that consistently exceed objectives. Prior experience at NICE Ltd from 2006 to 2022 includes roles such as Global Partner Enablement Manager, Head of Project Management – Strategic Accounts, and Project Manager – Strategic Accounts, contributing to significant improvements in operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and revenue generation while managing large-scale projects. Itzik possesses a degree in Practical Electronics Engineering and has completed training in PNP and SQL.
