Morad Zeyada has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles.
In 2010, they started working as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Sirius XM Radio Inc., where they provided information about products or services, handled subscriber issue escalations, and resolved customer complaints.
In 2013, they joined AGMC, the exclusive dealer for BMW, Rolls Royce, and MINI Cooper in Dubai, as a Senior Customer Relation Consultant. In this role, they developed resources and customers, provided proper refunds and compensation to customers, and assisted the sales team in business acquisitions and planning.
Morad then worked as a Sales and Marketing Assisting Manager at Salam Studio and Stores, where they assisted in making major business decisions, managed sales team activities, negotiated and managed agreements, and promoted facilities to clients.
In 2015, Morad joined Haykal Media as a Digital Advertising Sales Manager, responsible for handling the digital sales of the company's assets and engaging in cold calling, arranging meetings with potential clients, providing quotations, and following up throughout the sales cycle.
Morad also worked as a Digital Media Consultant (Account Manager) at Digital Republic Linked by Isobar, managing accounts for various clients such as FrieslandCampina, Unilever, Puma, Gillette, and L'Oréal. In this role, they participated in client meetings and presentations, managed day-to-day operations, and maintained ongoing communication with clients.
From 2017 to 2019, Morad held various positions at talabat, starting as Sales and Business Development, then becoming Sales Team Lead in Sharjah & Ajman, and eventually Head of Sales in the same region. Morad'sresponsibilities included analyzing growth drivers, planning and executing campaigns, identifying competitor strengths/weaknesses, and achieving acquisition targets.
In 2021, they joined Eighty6 Shop as the Restaurants & Partnership Manager, where they onboarded restaurants, demonstrated and trained them on the company's dashboard, hired and supervised a sales team, and reported to the Managing Director.
Currently, Morad is the Head of Sales - MENA at EasyTip, where they are involved in shaping the future of the company, building a successful team, and making tipping in all industries easy, fair, and transparent.
Morad Zeyada earned their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Akhbar ElYom Academy from 2008 to 2012.
