Louie Kissee

Louie Kissee has extensive work experience in operations management. Louie started their career in 2000 as an Operations Manager at Aircom Manufacturing/Medivative Technology, where they oversaw plant operations. In 2000, they joined Kimball Electronics as an Operations Manager, responsible for coordinating and implementing strategies to improve plant processes and customer engagement. In 2020, Louie joined EasyWater as an Operations Manager, and later assumed the role of Director of Operations in 2022.

Louie Kissee completed a Bachelor of Business Management degree at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2016. Additionally, Louie has obtained multiple certifications in various areas such as 5S Continuous Improvement, CNC Lathe Programming, Coaching, Flow Water Jet Training, GMP Training, Intensifier Training, Lean Manufacturing, and Managerial Certification.
