Michele Charles started their work experience in 1997 as a Loan Originator/Marketing Manager at JAM Consultants, where they managed loan originator sales performance and developed training programs. In 2009, they joined EasyWater as a Sales Team Lead International Environmental Water Quality, where they achieved sales goals by establishing customer interest, building relationships, and generating referrals.
