Eat Drink Bristol Fashion puts high quality, sustainably sourced food in interesting spaces across Bristol and the South West. With our flagship pop-up food extravaganza held annually in Queen Square, our Yurt Lush cafe sat next to Temple Meads Railway Station and our Dirty Burger Bar at a summer festival near you, there are lots of places you can eat and drink with us in true "Bristol fashion". With Michelin starred chef Josh Eggleton and award winning organic farmer Luke Hasell at the helm, all Eat Drink Bristol Fashion venues are built on a "field to fork" ethos. We like keeping our food chains short, our produce local and our menus rather blimmin tasty. The team's flagship event is pop-up restaurant and food festival, Eat Drink Bristol Fashion, which is held in Queen Square for 3 weeks each year. This year the festival is returning to the city for 12 days from 29 April to 10 May 2015. .
