Ayman Mabrouk

Ayman Mabrouk is an experienced restaurant management professional with a career spanning over a decade in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as a Restaurant Manager at Eat Right Food Concepts LLC since November 2025, Ayman has held similar management positions at Groupe Barrière and Awj Investments LLC from September 2021 to November 2025 and November 2018 to September 2021, respectively. Prior to these roles, Ayman was an Assistant Restaurant Manager at BinHendi Enterprises and a Restaurant Supervisor at Alabbar Enterprises from January 2017 to November 2018 and September 2014 to July 2016, respectively. Ayman began the career as a Banquet Supervisor at TOLIP Hotel Alexandria between May 2010 and August 2014. Ayman holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Alexandria University, complemented by education from a communications institute for hotels and tourism management from 2008 to 2010.
