Allison Brooks

Allison Brooks currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at Eatable Adventures since January 2025. Prior to this role, Allison held the position of Head of People at Frenetic from December 2021 to January 2025, contributing to a tech startup focused on innovative magnetic solutions through AI. Allison's experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at ABEI ENERGY in 2021, and as a consultant for Human Resources & Added Value Services at Robert Walters from September 2018 to September 2020. Additionally, from May 2015 to September 2018, Allison was involved in language training services for Grupo OHL, coordinating English courses and assessing international assignments. Earlier in the career, Allison coordinated English as a Second Language programs at Language Activities International SL from September 2010 to May 2015. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros and a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science & Psychology from the University of Delaware.
