Sharon Richner

Sharon Richner has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles in notable companies. Sharon served as the VP of Human Resources at Eataly starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Centric Brands from 2020 to 2022 and as the Head of Human Resources at Flik Hospitality Group within Compass Group USA from 2016 to 2020. Before that, they held roles at dressbarn as Assistant Vice President and Director of Human Resources from 2010 to 2016, and at Tiffany & Co., where they were Director of International Human Resources and Director of Human Resources from 1997 to 2010.

Sharon Richner obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University at Albany, SUNY.
