Rayan Belharat

Rayan Belharat currently serves as Chief of Staff at Cala since January 2024. Previously, Rayan held the position of Bras droit du PDG at Movinmotion from May to November 2023 and was Co-Responsable de ruche at ALVEUS from September 2022 to August 2023. Rayan's earlier experience includes a role as Supply Chain & NPD Project Manager at Modern Milkman | B Corp™ in mid-2022 and Project Manager at ECD from January to May 2022, where responsibilities included project management, negotiation of quotes, due diligence, and real estate promotion oversight. An expansion intern at Gorillas in 2021 and Chargé de mission at ESSEC Business School during the 2020-2021 academic year, Rayan holds a Master’s degree in International Strategy and Economic Intelligence as well as a Bachelor's in Management, both from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
