Jeroen Willems has a diverse work experience in the food and marketing industry. Jeroen started their career as a Marketing Intern at L'Oréal Netherlands in 2014, where they were responsible for tasks such as analyzing new product introductions and preparing sales and marketing meetings. In 2015, they joined foodora as a Business Development Manager, and later became a City Manager and then Country Manager AU. In 2019, Jeroen joined EatClub as the Country Manager, and eventually became the Chief Operating Officer. Their role at EatClub involved creating new culinary experiences and overseeing the company's operations.

From 2013 to 2014, they attended Leiden University and earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Economic and Consumer Psychology. Jeroen graduated with honors (cum laude) in this field of study.
Prior to that, they were enrolled at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2009 to 2013. During this period, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
