Valerie Serna

Valerie Serna is an experienced insurance and utilization review specialist, currently employed at Eating Disorder Recovery Specialists since March 2021. Prior to this role, Valerie served as a Utilization Review Coordinator at Mind Above Matter, LLC, managing a caseload of adult and adolescent mental health clients. Valerie has also worked in logistics as an Account Coordinator at Technical Transportation and has held roles in case management and customer service across various organizations, including Denton County MHMR and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Valerie holds a Master of Science in Family Studies from Texas Woman's University, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Psychology from the University of North Texas, and an Associate of Arts from Antelope Valley College.
