Colleen Pipia

Colleen Pipia, LCPC, CADC, serves as the Executive Director and Clinical Director at Eating Recovery Center since April 2021, leading clinical teams across various treatment programs for eating disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, and binge eating. Previously, Colleen held the position of Clinical Manager, overseeing child and adolescent eating disorder treatment programs. Colleen's extensive experience includes roles as Clinical Therapist at The OCD & Anxiety Center, where Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention therapy were provided, and Lead Therapist at Linden Oaks Behavioral Health, where a Dual Diagnosis Program was developed. Early career highlights include serving as Youth Coordinator at Presence Health and interning at Resurrection Health Care, alongside administrative experience as Office Coordinator at Athletico. Colleen holds a Master of Arts in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Elmhurst University.
