Bryan D'Alessandro has a wealth of work experience in the creative industry. Bryan began their career in 2007 as a Director/Producer at 456 Split Productions. In 2010, they became a Freelance Creative at Grey Group, and later that year, they founded The Humans, a virtual values-driven brand development agency, where they served as Founder, Group Creative Director, and Brand Sherpa. In 2012, they became a Digital Creative Director at 360i, and in 2013, they moved to mcgarrybowen in the same role. In 2015, they became a Think Tank for Future Trends and Packaging Innovation at Convetit. In 2018, they Co-Founded and became Chief Executive Officer of Eaton Hemp. In 2021, they became Chief Marketing Consultant at Art Business Consulting and Podcast Creator & Host at Growth Guide.

Bryan D'Alessandro attended the Syosset Cultural Arts Center from 1995 to 1997, where they earned a High School degree in Fine Arts & Design. Bryan then attended Carnegie Mellon University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Experimental Photography & Foundry Sculpture. In 2006 and 2007, they attended the New York Film Academy, where they studied Directing / Cinematography.
