The Administrative Support team at Eaton Rapids Medical Center is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hospital's administrative functions. This team, led by the Chief of Staff, handles budgeting and financial management as guided by the Treasurer, while the Secretary manages communications and documentation, supporting efficient workflows and optimal organizational performance.
