Charles Harvey

Charles Harvey is an experienced financial and operational leader with a distinguished career spanning several decades. Currently serving as President of IBEX Business Exchange since March 2016, Charles leads one of the oldest and most respected merger and acquisition firms in the industry. Charles has also held roles as an Affiliate at Eaton Square since February 2020 and as Owner of Infusiac, Inc. from February 2007 to April 2016, providing financial consulting to small and medium-sized businesses. Prior to these positions, Charles was VP of Finance and Division CFO at HOOVER'S INC., CFO and President at Pixel Magic Imaging, COO at JMJ Associates, Executive Vice President and CFO at Schlotzsky's, and held multiple roles at PepsiCo, including CFO for Pizza Hut Mexico. Charles began the professional journey at Coopers & Lybrand, starting as a Sr. Manager.
