Ajit Kadole

Ajit Kadole is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the design and application of electrical systems. Currently serving as Lead Engineer at Eaton since March 2018, Kadole has progressed through various roles, including Senior Engineer and Team Lead, where responsibilities include generating reports for leadership, reviewing performance of subordinates, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards. Previously at ABB and L&T Electrical & Automation, Kadole focused on designing medium voltage air insulated and gas insulated switchgear, enhancing custom solutions for clients. Kadole holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering, completed in 2011.
