Lauren Deacon

Lauren Deacon is a Junior Product Developer at British Pepper and Spice Co Ltd, collaborating with Tesco and ASDA branded teams since July 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Seasonal Cheesemonger at Paxton & Whitfield, a Student Technologist for Premier Foods working on Cadbury and Plantastic product development, and a Supermarket Assistant at Waitrose & Partners, where Lauren developed key skills in customer service and teamwork.
