Bogdan Borowy

Bogdan Borowy, Ph.D., is a highly experienced engineer specializing in power electronics, motor drives, and power systems. Currently serving as Senior Chief Engineer at Eaton since July 2022, Bogdan leads research and development efforts. As the President of Power Conversion Consulting LLC since September 2004, consulting and modeling advanced solutions were primary responsibilities. Previous positions include Senior Control Engineer at EDF Renewables North America, Senior Director of Advanced Technology at Satcon Technology Corporation, and Senior Technical Advisor at General Atomics, among others. Bogdan has a strong background in innovative technology development and holds multiple patents. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology.
