Frances Taggert Holly

Frances Taggert Holly possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as the Director of Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness for the Electrical Sector- Americas at Eaton since January 2014. Previous roles at Eaton include Global Human Resources Director across various groups including Fluid & Electrical Distribution and Global Products. Prior to joining Eaton, Frances held the position of Human Resources Leader in the Northeast Region at Tervita Corporation and served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at United States Steel Corporation. Frances holds a Master of Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University, a certificate in HR Professional from La Roche University, and a B.S. in General Management with a focus on Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of Pittsburgh.
