Francisco Padilla Borallo

Francisco Padilla Borallo is a legal and data protection expert with extensive experience in managing global data protection programs, currently serving as Chief Privacy and Cybersecurity Counsel at Eaton since October 2012. Francisco has held various roles in the organization, including Chief Privacy Counsel and Senior Manager of Global Data Protection and Privacy. Prior to joining Eaton, Francisco worked in contract management roles at PRA International and Accenture, as well as data protection and legal internships at adidas group and consulting firms. Francisco's academic qualifications include a Diplom in Informationsrecht from Hochschule Darmstadt and training as an IT-Systemkaufmann from Robert Bosch GmbH/Bosch Rexroth AG. Additionally, Francisco served as a lecturer in data protection at Fachhochschule Frankfurt.
