Gadiel Morales

Gadiel Morales is a Lead Engineer at Eaton since January 2019, specializing in consultation and the implementation of new technologies in the electrical sector through the development of a new facility. Prior to this role, Gadiel served as a Supervisor Lead Engineer, where responsibilities included leading process technicians to enhance molding processes and automating production lines for continuous improvement. Gadiel's earlier experience includes a position as a Process Engineer at SIMTEC Silicone Parts, LLC from April 2015 to January 2019, where tasks encompassed facility management and maintenance supervision, as well as a Service Engineer role at Arburg Inc from January 2012 to January 2015. Gadiel holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, Bayamon, completed in 2011.
