Harold Jones

Harold V. Jones serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer and Executive Vice President of the Eaton Business System at Eaton since July 2011, where responsibilities include leading sustainability programs focused on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives and advancing the company’s 2030 sustainability targets. In addition to sustainability, Harold oversees the Eaton Business System, ensuring cohesive operations across all business functions for nearly 100,000 employees globally. Prior to Eaton, Harold was a Senior Vice President at GE from 2000 to 2011, managing Environmental Health & Safety initiatives for a workforce of 36,000 employees across 84 locations in 30 countries. Educational achievements include a PhD in Civil Engineering, a Master’s in Civil and Environmental Engineering, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering, all from Marquette University.
