Kathleen Davis

Kathleen Davis is an accomplished Plant Manager at Eaton since April 2014, overseeing manufacturing operations for switchgear control solutions in collaboration with Caterpillar. With a strong background in Lean Quality and Continual Improvement as Operations Excellence Manager, Kathleen has led complex projects to enhance quality management systems. Previous experience includes roles as Quality Manager at Power Partners Inc, where oversight of product quality and customer satisfaction was paramount, and at Danfoss, where leadership in the start-up of a North American manufacturing site was key. Early career experience includes quality management at Avery Dennison and engineering roles at Procter & Gamble. Kathleen holds a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida, obtained in 1988.
