Mark Sullivan

Mark Sullivan has extensive experience in labor relations and human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Labor Relations at Eaton since August 2020, and previously held the position of Director of Labor Relations at the same company. Before Eaton, Mark served as Manager of Labor Relations in the Energy Division at GE from July 2010 to August 2020. Additional roles include Director of Labor Relations at Mylan Bertek Pharmaceuticals, Human Resource Manager at Chemtura, and Human Resource Manager at General Electric. Mark began a career in human resources at BASF, working from 2000 to 2005. Mark holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from West Virginia University, obtained between 1992 and 1996, and also completed a master's degree in industrial relations at the same institution from 2000 to 2001.
