Sarah Nicholson, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience at mCloud Technologies Corp since April 2017, where leadership is provided for the Customer Experience Live Operations team, overseeing onboarding, enablement, renewals, and operational procedures. Prior to this role, Sarah held the position of Director of Global Support Services at mCloud Technologies Corp, a global energy software company. Earlier experience includes serving as the First Assistant Golf Professional at Vaquero Club, Inc., and Timarron Country Club, where strategic leadership was delivered to enhance member experiences. Sarah holds an MBA from Drake University and a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Sports Management from the University of West Florida.
