Shannon McDaniel

Shannon McDaniel is an experienced Executive Assistant currently serving the Chief Human Resources Officer at Eaton since August 2022. Prior to this role, Shannon worked at Sherwin-Williams Paints from July 2009 to August 2022, providing executive support to senior leadership while managing special projects, including the implementation of a new department-wide matter management database and improvements in operational procedures. Shannon's earlier experience includes positions at the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority, where responsibilities encompassed legal compliance, project management for land acquisitions, and administrative support, along with leading child care programs at Chatsworth Hills Academy. Shannon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Biology from California State University, Northridge, and a high school diploma from Granada Hills High School.
